工業是現代文明的支撐，而先進制造是現代工業的靈魂。浙江省政府發布的《中國制造2025浙江行動綱要》明确了浙江制造業的提升目标：到2025年，将浙江建成國内領先、有國際影響力的制造強省，并重點發展機器人與智能裝備、新能源汽車與現代交通裝備（城市地鐵車輛、軌道交通信号系統等）、新材料、時尚輕紡等11大産業。先進制造與交通系專業設置緊跟現代制造業發展需求，為“中國制造2025”培養一線急需的技術技能型人才。當你們畢業的時候，一個更廣闊的就業領域、更具挑戰性的工作崗位、更多的創業機遇都将為你們而展開。

Industry is the pillar of modern civilization, and advanced manufacturing is the soul of modern industry. In the Made in China 2025 Zhejiang Action Plan issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Government, the goal was stipulated that by 2025, Zhejiang will be a leading and influential manufacturing province nationally as well as internationally; with a focus on 11main industries such as robots and intelligent equipment, energy vehicles and modern transportation equipment (urban subway, rail transit signal systems etc.,) new materials, and fashion textiles. We transitioned our courses to ensure our students are finely tuned to the social needs as the first-line technical and skilled talents for “Made in China 2025” by closely following the development of the industry. We look forward to having you join our program and become capable of facing more challenging jobs and taking on more entrepreneurial opportunities after you graduate.

高等職業教育以培養社會需求的高端技術技能型人才為目标，是“中國制造2025”戰略的重要人才支撐。智能技術系從師資力量到實訓條件，從技能競賽到實習就業，我們一直處于學院乃至浙江省同類高校的前列，我們的畢業生受到企業的廣泛認可與好評，回顧過往，我們有很多第一、有很多最高。同學們，不要擔心自己的基礎薄弱，更不要說自己的信心不足。我們會量身定做，以全新的人才培養模式傾力打造實戰型人才，不僅要培養出企業、公司需要的應用型技能型人才，而且要培養出有志于自己創業創新的高端型人才。 

Higher vocational education, an important talent support for the Made in China 2025 strategy, aims at cultivating high-end technical and skilled talents to fulfill  social demands. Our department is a model template from our faculty to the training conditions, from competition to internship employment on our campus and in Zhejiang Province. Our graduates have received wide recognization and praises from their employers. Looking back, we have many First and Highest Honors.

 Dear students, don't worry about your weak foundation,nor your lack of confidence. We will tailor our courses to develop and nurture you to be practical talent. Hangzhou Wanxiang Polytechnic firmly believes the concept of whole-person development currently popular in European and American universities, with particular emphasis on the cultivation of student leadership.

The time invested in a higher learning institution is the prime time of our life. How to spend it is a question every one of you should be  thinking about. Diligence makes us thrive, and idleness ruins us .  Thinking make us take action, and following ruins us.
